Und täglich grüßt das Murmeltier! Seit mittlerweile 7 Jahren esse ich beinahe täglich mein Porridge und habe in dieser langen Zeit verschiedenste Variationen ausprobiert. Im letzten halben Jahr haben ich und mein unersättlicher Magen sich auf ein Rezept eingeschossen – Zucchini Protein Porridge. Das Porridge liefert eine extra Portion Gemüse, extra Volumen, extra Sättigung.
Da ich in den letzten Wochen und Monaten unzählige Male nach meinem Rezept gefragt wurde, tippe ich es euch nun nochmal ganz genau ab.
Zucchini Protein Porridge
Aka Protein Zoats
Ihr braucht:
- 50g Haferflocken
- ½ bis 1 kleine Zucchini (ca. 100-140g) *
- 30g veganes Proteinpulver **
- ½ TL Flohsamenschalen oder 1 TL Leinmehl (wichtig für die Bindung)
- 1 Scoop Chunky Flavors von More Nutrition oder Süßungsmittel eurer Wahl
- Wasser
*anfangs habe ich gerade mal eine halbe Zucchini verwendet, habe mich aber mittlerweile auf eine ganze gesteigert. Man gewöhnt sich so sehr an den Geschmack, dass es gar nicht stört, mehr Zucchini als Haferflocken drin zu haben
** ich verwende seit 2 Jahren das vegane Proteinpulver von Bulkpowders in Vanille und Weiße Schokolade
Die Zucchini direkt in den Topf raspeln und dann die restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen. Nun mit Wasser bedecken, mit dem Schneebesen verrühren und auf mittlerer Hitze aufkochen. Die Wassermenge gebe ich immer nach Gefühl hinein. Ich starte mit ein bisschen weniger, schütte aber noch Flüssigkeit nach, wenn das Porridge zu fest wird. Das ist vor allem deshalb ideal, weil die Zucchiniraspeln beim Kochen Flüssigkeit abgeben. Mit der Zeit werdet ihr rausfinden, wie ihr euer Zucchini Protein Porridge am liebsten mögt – fester oder flüssiger. Nach 5-7 Minuten Köcheln und Rühren ist euer Porridge fertig.
Lieblingstoppings:
- Dunkel Schokolade (direkt auf das heiße Porridge legen und ein paar Minuten schmelzen lassen – HIMMEL)
- Beeren + Mandelmus
- Bratapfelwürfel + Haselnussmus (einfach Apfelwürfel für 1,5 Minuten mit Zimt und Süßungsmittel in der Mikrowelle garen)
- Crunchy Erdnussmus
- Zimt
- Salz (Geheimtipp!)
